Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research articles, case studies, and review papers relevant to management and technology.

All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work and must declare any conflicts of interest. Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited. BUJMT does not charge any submission or publication fee.

Manuscripts should be submitted electronically via the journal’s submission portal or email. The editorial team reserves the right to reject papers that do not meet the scope, quality, or ethical standards of the journal.
